Join Tilly this month as she uncovers the story of the overlooked catchy synth-pop group New Musik and frontman Tony Mansfield. New Musik were a London synth-pop group active from 1979 to 1982. The group were known for their originality and their innovative approach to recording, often using clever and thought provoking lyrical content. After the band disbanded, Mansfield went onto achieve a considerably successful career in production working for the likes of A-Ha, Aztec Camera, The Damned, The B-52s, Captain Sensible, just to name a few. Fancy 2 hours of history and some warped atmospheric synth pop? This is your show!
